  • Employees are required to use their vehicles for company-related travel. Mileage is reimbursed and after every 5,000 company-driven miles, employees are provided money toward an oil change.


Physical Benefits

Bowen Health believes in a holistic approach to healthcare and proudly provides our staff with a full range of physical healthcare benefits and opportunities to help them take control of their own physical well-being.

  • We offer our employees a choice between two health insurance plans: a traditional Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical insurance plan or a high deductible health plan (HDHP) to suit your individual needs. Employees can also choose to enroll in a comprehensive vision and/or dental insurance plan.

  • All employees and their spouses are eligible to participant in a free wellness screening annually. Lab work and other tests gather vital health statistics that might indicate risk factors. The results are confidential for them to share with their family physician as they choose.
