Bowen Health partnered with a leading compensation consulting firm to thoroughly assess and evaluate our jobs compared to similar positions in the open market.

 

The objective was to ensure a market-competitive compensation program that would allow us to attract, retain, and reward high-quality talent.

 

As a result, Bowen Health has rolled out a $7 million investment in raises making its pay rate at or above the market rate.

 

If you were previously with Bowen for at least one year and are returning within two years you will retain your seniority. That means your PTO accrual and 403(b) retirement match will continue at the same rate as when you left. Your accruals will pick up right where you left off without having to start over! Plus, we’ve added exciting new benefits, including free or low-cost primary care medical services for employees and dependents on Bowen’s medical plan.
